I was able to correct this by changing my display resolution from 3840 x 2160 down to 1920 x 1080 and the scale from 250% to 100%. In the Color page go to the video screen, right mouse click on the frame you want to export and select grab still. In the Stills panel right click on the still and export to your desired format.
