The cable must be kept as strait as posible and dont twist it.Do this, you have to the wire back on to the reel. Once the gun is off, take a small piece of mig wire, bent into a u shape and poke it into the two gun switch cables. This will bridge the switch circuit and make the welder feed. It usually feeds OK but every once in a while it will go in fits and starts. The problem is usually too much pressure on the nut (maybe a wing nut) that holds the wire spool in place.
